Introducing Retreaver Rescue: A Game-Changer for Outbound Calls

In today's dynamic business environment, it's more crucial than ever for companies to maximize every sales opportunity. Every missed or mishandled call could mean a potential customer lost. Enter Retreaver's newest feature: Retreaver Rescue. A tool that promises to revolutionize how businesses handle outbound calls. But what is Retreaver Rescue, and what are the implications for businesses? Let's dive in.

Retreaver Rescue Overview

What is Retreaver Rescue?

What is Retreaver Rescue?

Retreaver Rescue is a novel feature designed to minimize lost opportunities from short, unproductive outbound calls. The idea is simple but powerful: Users set a timer on their outbound calls, and if a call duration falls short of this set time, Retreaver automatically reroutes the call back into the system, ensuring another representative or buyer handles it. This automated "rescue" mechanism ensures that potential leads or customers are not lost due to prematurely ended or mishandled calls.

Implications of Retreaver Rescue

Implications of Retreaver Rescue:

  1. Minimized Lost Opportunities: The primary advantage is the drastic reduction in missed sales or engagement opportunities. By rerouting calls that end prematurely, companies ensure that potential customers get a second chance at a productive conversation.
  2. Enhanced Customer Satisfaction: Customers or leads who may have had a subpar initial interaction get another chance to be heard, resulting in improved satisfaction and a higher likelihood of conversion.
  3. Data-Driven Decisions: By analyzing the frequency and reasons for rerouted calls, businesses can identify training needs or performance gaps in their call handling teams.
  4. Increased Efficiency: Automatic rerouting means that agents don't need to manually redial or follow up on calls that ended abruptly. This automation results in increased efficiency and time savings.
  5. Flexibility in Call Management: With Retreaver Rescue, businesses can set different timers for various call types or campaigns, allowing for tailored strategies based on the nature of the call or the target audience.
  6. Competitive Edge: In industries where swift responses and engagement can make all the difference, having a tool like Retreaver Rescue can give businesses an edge over competitors who might not have similar capabilities.
How to Enable Retreaver Rescue

How to Enable Retreaver Rescue

In order to enable Retreaver Rescue, submit a support ticket to enable Retreaver rescue on your account, as we will need to update your account internally to enable the functionality.

You can then enable a buyer for Retreaver rescue by:
1) Picking a buyer and hitting "edit".
2) Scroll to the "Rescue seconds" field.
3) Enter the maximum number of seconds call rescue will be active for while attempting to connect with this buyer.

How it works: If the call does not connect, or is connected but disconnects for any reason within the "Rescue Seconds" timer period, Retreaver will be instructed to automatically rescue the call and attempt to find another buyer endpoint to route to.

Note on Pricing:
The call rescue feature is $1 per successfully rescued call. For every call that would otherwise have been disconnected/lost - Retreaver will charge $1 when that call is successfully rescued & routed to a buyer.

As businesses continue to search for ways to optimize their operations and ensure no opportunity is left on the table, tools like Retreaver Rescue will become indispensable. It's not just about making calls; it's about making every call count.
