What to expect when you sign in
When you create a new account, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. This should arrive within a few minutes. If you do not see it, be sure to check your spam folder or filters.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, or you have any questions about your new account then you can submit a request for help here. Let us know what email address you tried to create your account with.

Welcome to your new Retreaver account! You should also receive an onboarding email shortly. We recommend following our beginner guides on How to set up your first call tracking campaign and How to Test a Call Tracking Campaign.
Get free assistance setting up your account
Should you have more complex business requirements, or require assistance getting set up, the Retreaver Solutions team is here to help ensure your success. In the case where onboarding assistance is required, we require a non-refundable deposit of $250 be applied to your account. These funds are applied against your call tracking services, making your onboarding free over your time as a customer with us.
