Porting numbers into Retreaver is free.
Once ported into Retreaver, your phone number(s) are able available to track calls. To port a phone number to Retreaver, email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Completed & signed Number Port Letter of Authorization form.
- Scanned or electronic copy of your most recent bill from your provider.
You must leave the numbers active at your existing provider until the port has completed and been verified by the Retreaver team. Don't cancel your service immediately!
Numbers are, as always, exclusive to your account and are owned by you.
We'll add the numbers to your Retreaver account as soon as we get your port request. Once the numbers are in your account, please configure them to ensure calls are routed correctly when the port comes through.
